Together with the DSB (Danish National Rail) the team from DN helped plan, execute and analyze a series of user-centered observations, ranging from classic interviews to Rapid Prototyping and in-house workshops. The aim of this process – part of the Desinova project  – was to focus on service design and how to best link the insights and findings of user-centered development to the facts and numbers of the classic business case in order to strengthen the validity and understanding of future investments.
