Procare’s Transcontinental Strategy Workshop

Just after the end of the Hong Kong Electronics Show 2009, Procare brought the Taiwanese and the Canadian marketing staff together with the managers of the Procare factories grouped in Hui Zhou, southern China – and DN from Europe. Through 3 days of meetings and a strategic workshop lead by DN’s Judy Huang, Director of AP and Frederick Rickmann, CEO of DNgroup.

Procare’s leaders debated and innovated over strategies and targets for the future.

DNgroup used the strategic game “Breakaway” as a focus. Not only did the participants from the three different continents share in creating new ideas, they also understood Procare better and developed a shared consensus.
