Blucher wants to put more focus on the “holes in the bathroom floor” Through design and new developments move the drainage from the plumbers favorite drainage solution to also be the end customers favorite drainage solution.
A 1-day workshop with representatives from production, service, sales and management to get insights in all the different parts of the company. From there DNgroup developed the ideas into a 40-page product idea cataloge for future development.
